    • For several thicknesses, rocking scans were performed at each l value, and the intensity integrated and corrected for active area, Lorentz and polarization factors. Whatever the l value, the widths of the rods were found constant as a function of deposition. We therefore performed most measurements as l scans, with a different Lorentz correction, which was found perfectly consistent with rocking scan measurements.
