Mary Ann Glynn is an associate professor at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University. She received her Ph.D. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. Her research has focused on understanding cognition and cognitive processes in organizations and exploiing their relationship to innovation and creativity, learning, organizational identity, and members' identification with organizations.
