Katie Criswell, Associate Product Manager, replied in a letter dated July 19, 1995, "The results of my review are that you, indeed, have identified some current problems - and in the intervening period, we have corrected a great many of your examples." Her letter goes on to describe the actions IAC has taken, including a re-design of the editorial process and production cycles that will improve the quality control of both the printed and online publications lists.
6. The $19,500 UOP subscription price is based on an IAC formula which takes into account campus population size and the Libraries' book budget. It also reflects a discount to UOP as part of a regional consortium of subscribers.
