    • The Fermi surface reconstruction was proposed originally for the M = Tl salt. Whilst the details may differ for the case of M = K, we believe that the explanation of the change in AMRO dimensionality that the model offers is qualitatively correct (see also [31]).

    • Recent theoretical calculations [32] and AMRO experiments [33] (for the high pressure FS see [34]) imply that the quasi-2D part of the Fermi surface is in fact elliptical in cross-section, with the major axis of the ellipse tilted with repect to the a axis. This will of course affect the nested Fermi surface. In spite of this, we believe that the correct nested Fermi surface is likely to be only a modification of the picture of Kartsovnik et al.; for pedagogical reasons we include the model as derived, recognising its important contribution to our understanding of the α-phase ET salts.
