These include the Austrian federal law of 18 December 1925, entitled "On the Organization and Activities of the Constitutional Court" (26 June 1984 edition); the Italian law of 11 March 1953, entitled "Proposals for the Formation and Activity of a Constitutional Court in Italy"; the organic Spanish law of 3 October 1979, entitled "On the Spanish Constitutional Court"; the German law of 12 March 1951, entitled "On the Federal Constitutional Court of the Federal Republic" (12 December 1985 version); and France's organic law on the Constitutional Council of 7 November 1958 (amended 26 December 1974). The texts of the constitutions and laws are taken from Constitutions and Legislative Acts of Foreign Countries.
