    • For this experiment, the temperature was allowed to cool to 45 °C instead of to room temperature. Our sample oven could maintain a constant cooling rate of 0.5 °C/min from 120 to 45 °C but had difficulty maintaining this cooling rate to room temperature. Thus, in order to remove cooling rate as a variable from our experiment, we halted the cooling at 45 °C.
