    • The temperature dependence of the decay times obtained here is essentially the same as that reported for the 2.5 eV luminescence by Trukhin [2]. Therefore, it is evident that the 2.2 eV luminescence in this study is identical to the 2.5 eV luminescence in his study. The discrepancy in the peak energy may be attributed to the calibration of spectral sensitivity of the optical detection system.
