    • By "natural" growth condition we mean conventional growth, neither using surfactants nor seeding the growing layer with high density of nucleation centers prior to deposition. Examples of the seeding procedure are (i) temperature alternation: depositing at a very low substrate temperature during the initial nucleation stage and thereafter depositing at a higher temperature, and (ii) sputtering the flat surface prior to deposition.
