18. In ref. 9, the chemical potential μ is incorrectly treated as temperature independent. If the data of ref.9 are fitted to the correct expression for the trion/exciton ratio, one finds an electron density that appears to increase by a factor of 4 as the temperature is raised from 10K to 28K. This is implausible and suggests that either equilibrium is not established, or the line reported in ref. 9 is not due to trions.
