    • Recombinant cholera toxin B subunit is not an adjuvant for oral immunization against Helicobacter felis in mice
    • Nedrud J, Blanchard T, Czinn S, Lycke N: Recombinant cholera toxin B subunit is not an adjuvant for oral immunization against Helicobacter felis in mice [abstract]. J Cell Biochem 1995, (suppl 19):261. This report confirms the observations made by Lee and Chen (Infect Immun 1994, 62:3594-3597) but further suggests that the adjuvant activity reported for cholera toxin B subunit may be associated with contaminating holotoxin, becuse recombinant cholera toxin B subunit did not have adjuvant activity.
