(b) After completion of the loading, the concentration of the loading solution decreased by ∼20%. This change was not taken into account in preparing Figures 2, 3, and 5. The maximum error in the absorbance in Figures 2 and 3 is therefore ∼0.06 on the plateau and is equal to 20% of the solution emission intensity (dotted line) in Figure 5.
