    • 2 under inert gas atmosphere in a glove box and transferred in a tungsten crucible into the HF reactor. Under nitrogen atmosphere the reaction mixture was slowly heated up to 1650°C, maintained at that temperature for 2 h, and then cooled down to 1400°C within 15 h. At the end of the reaction the product was quenched to room temperature.
