Radial artery and inferior epigastric artery in composite grafts: Improved midterm angiographic results
-
Calafiore AM, Di Giammarco G, Teodori G, et al.: Radial artery and inferior epigastric artery in composite grafts: improved midterm angiographic results. Ann Thorac Surg 1995, 60:517-524. The radial artery was used as a composite graft and was attached proximally to the IMA. Angiographic studies showed the cumulative patency of radial artery grafts to be 93% at a mean follow-up of 10.4 months.

Radial artery graft for coronary revascularization: Technical considerations
-
Dietl CA, Benoit CH: Radial artery graft for coronary revascularization: technical considerations. Ann Thorac Surg 1995, 60:102-110. A total of 165 patients who underwent radial artery reconstruction showed a low incidence of perioperative myocardial infarction, mortality, and recurrent angina. Radionuclide exercise studies performed 12 months after surgery in 84 patients showed few stress-induced defects.
