    • Simulations of 2D exchange data indicate that an 8° deviation from planarity in the Ala-1-Gly-2 peptide bond, as reported in ref. 15, would introduce errors of 2° or less in the φ and ψ values derived from our RMSD analysis. The assumption of complete intramolecular spin diffusion is experimentally validated, as described in the text.
