These patents, both of which are entirely devoid of experimental detail, physical characterization, and pharmacological data, were filed after Anaquest's (now Ohmeda) patent application (USSN 07/550,417; filed 7/10/90) describing the synthesis, full physical characterization, and pharmacological testing of the enantiomers of isoflurane.
