    • + T-Cells in the Thymus
    • This paper, together with [1601, uses the addition of peptides to organ-cultured lobes from MHC class I deficient mice to demonstrate that peptides play a role in positive selection. The results suggest that peptides do not act simply by stabilizing MHC expression but make a direct contribution to the selection of the repertoire.
