    • 1.44 curve should merely be regarded as an attempt to describe the cross section up to 1 eV of collision energy and should not be used to deduce a reaction rate. To avoid confusion, we emphasize that figure 4 in (11) represents average cross section, 〈Vσ〉/V, which practically equals the cross section σ for E > 0.1 eV.
