-
A synthetic four-helix bundle is designed by attaching four copies of a 15-residue peptide to a cyclic peptide template linker. The unlinked peptides are only marginally helical but adopted a helical conformation when attached to the template. A shorter 11-residue peptide does not form a helical structure when attached to the template.
