    • Here, though the condition (1.2) is not satisfied for a single pulse, but due to coincidence between the electron pulse repetition interval and the period of the light pulse revolution in the mirror resonator, the electron beam turns out to be equivalent to the stationary one. As for the stationary injection generators, criterion (1.2) can be extended to them, implying that t is the decay time of free electromagnetic oscillators. Thus, generally, t is the photon lifetime in the electron beam
