13. The rotational correlation time of rhodamine 101 in ethanol at room temperature is ca. 170 ps, while the intrinsic lifetime is 4.3 ns. The assumption of isotropic emission for the conditions of simulation is therefore justified even in the complete absence of non-radiative transport.
