111. It is noted that for the ideal case the exact solution of the thermodynamics is trivially known. Thus the only justification to run a simulation for such a parameter set is to test the correctness of the program and the statistical accuracy of the sampling.
112. In [105] it is noted that the fourfold hollow sites of the bcc(OOl) surface constitute a square lattice with the bcc lattice constant a. Therefore X atoms on adjacent fourfold hollow sites are affected by the fourth nearest neighbor interaction v?xx.
