    • Sam Braunstein in Les Houches in March 2001 commented that this amounted to a proof by intimidation, i.e. the fact that many people have tried to make a classical model of NMR and failed does not amount to a proof that it is impossible to do, and we agree with this. On the other hand, not mentioning that many people have tried to find such classical models would be missing an important point.
