    • We did not ask people how they used the Internet at work and therefore are not able to address how use at work might differ from use at home. Another random-digit-dial telephone survey of 2,500 U.S. households similarly found that 52 percent of respondents use the Internet to get health information, ranking lower than areas such as e-mail (85 percent), research (78 percent), and education (71 percent).
