    • In Ref. 4 the branched component was also in excess at the silicon surface. However, this excess was decreasing with time and Steiner et al., believe that neither component would wet the silicon surface at equilibrium. Although the experiments do not directly address the issue of surface segregation (i.e., without wetting) from mixed polymer blends, they represent the system that is closest to the present work.
