We need to distinguish between the sprawling array of information that is available without cost and those resources that arrive over the same highway with a price tag attached. There is no free lunch on the Internet. The best and most reliable information usually requires a "toll" of some kind unless the information is made available because of governmental (read "taxpayer-supported") funding.
