Matter 3, 3869 (1991)] yield for tcl-16 a cohesive energy and bulk modulus equal, within the computational uncertainty, to those of diamond. We must conclude that Goodwin’s potential is insensitive to the peculiar bond structure distinguishing tcl-16 from diamond.
