40. For the general orthorhombic molecular crystal there are usually many parameters. The treatment presented here does not hold if there are rel-evant exchange couplings in diagonal directions to what are described as next-nearest-neighbors which are nearer than the neighbors along different primary translational directions.

48. In an ensemble of noninteracting half-integral spins, each spin excitation has a weight (degeneracy) equal to one. For interacting spins, however, there will be R magnon modes, and the Fourier transformations (11), (20), and (21) suggest that all the magnon type excitations contribute equally to form the excitation of an independent spin.
