    • The nonmonotonicities of (Formula presented) at the high-τ end in Figs. 11 and 22 and at the small-τ end in Figs. 44 and 55 must be understood as artifacts. The absolute value of Z in these cases is comparable with the accuracy of the measurement, so that the logarithmic scale of the ordinate enhances experimental errors in a misleading way
