2. Densification needs to be more clearly defined, i.e.: building density (built-up area per plot or urban area); population density (number of persons per hectare or area); occupancy rate (number of persons per room, dwelling or house).
3. These figures cover the whole metropolitan area. They do not indicate that in low-income areas, population densities are higher and in high-income suburbs they are lower.
