Most libraries contracting for cataloging records elect to receive either Provisional or Provisional Plus (in which a full call number is created, allowing 100% production of spine labels) records for these titles. (In other libraries, these provisional level records serve as placeholders in the catalog, and provide a vehicle for fund, invoicing, and other local information.)
