    • It should be noted out that one of the referees suggested that the intervalence bands for our compounds may appear at higher energies in the visible range of the spectrum where they could be obscured by other absorptions. This is possible since the reorganization energies should be large, as will be discussed in the following section. The compounds would then belong to the Robin-Day class II.
