    • Ref. 8], using the absorption (Formula presented) and the inner potential optimized for higher energies, are irrelevant in our energy range
    • In principle, any dynamical LEED calculations may be also classified as a kind of excited-state calculations, which include the electron absorption (Formula presented) but neglect a systematic energy shift of the bands due to the excited-state (Formula presented) dependence on (Formula presented) and k. However, the existing calculations of this kind on Cu(100) [G. Capart, Surf. Sci. 26, 429(1971); Ref. 8], using the absorption (Formula presented) and the inner potential optimized for higher energies, are irrelevant in our energy range.
