32. Test reactions were performed in a two-phase ether/phosphate buffer (pH 8) system at 30 °C. The tested enzymes were pig liver esterase, α-chymotrypsine. Bacillus protease S, cholesterol esterase from porcine pancreas, cholesterol esterase from Pseudomonas fluorescens, cholesterol esterase from Candida cylindrica, lipozyme, lipase from Candida antarctica, lipase from Candida cylindrica, lipase from porcine pancreas, lipase from Rhisopus delemar, lipase from Aspergillus SP AP6 and lipase PS. The reactions were followed by TLC.
