Microcrystalline samples were subject to prolonged pumping before experiment. Magnetic fields of 10 kG for 30 ≤ T ≤ 260 K and 1 kG for 2.3 ≤ T < 30 K were used in magnetic susceptibility vs T runs on a Parafilm-restrained sample. Magnetization experiments were performed at 2.0 and 4.0 K in the field range 0-70 kG on a Vaseline-restrained sample.
