    • writing the kinetic equations, we neglect the spatial inhomogeneity of the densities (Formula presented) (Formula presented) and (Formula presented), and omit the diffusive terms. While it is shown that such terms play an important role in some classes of reaction-diffusion processes 24, they do not change the equilibrium (fixed-point) state. The role of diffusive terms in determining the long-term asymptotic approach to the equilibrium presents an interesting problem which lies beyond the scope of this paper and will be the subject of future studies
