A constant thermal diffusion factor of 0.3 was used to calculate the chamber profiles since this reduces the total pressure dependence of the nucleation rate and thus makes the onset of convection more obvious. However, the onset is still clearly visible even when composition dependent, calculated diffusion factors are used (Ref. 1).
