Main, L. Eaves, M. W. Dellow, M. Henini, O. H. Hughes, S. P. Beaumont, and C. D. W. Wilkinson, Phys. Rev. B 42, 9229 ((1990) and Ref. 1 presented in Fig. 11. At high fields, (Formula presented) the experimental data show the onset of the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, which are also not included in our (essentially classical) theory.
