8. It may be noted that somewhat more precise ground-state parameters were obtained by Bumgarner et al. (Ref. 2). However, given the accuracy of our infrared data, the differences between the parameters of Refs. 1 and 2 are negligible. An asymmetric rotor Hamiltonian was used in Ref. 2 rather than the simple linear molecule Hamiltonian used for K=0 here and in Ref. 1, but again the differences are negligible for the K=0 levels because of the large A rotational constants of water-carbon monoxide.
