    • We call the transitions considered in this paper noise-induced phase transitions. In our terminology we follow the concept suggested by Haken in 33, where he shows that the name phase transitions can be used for the transitions considered by us on the basis of analogy with phase transitions in equilibrium systems. Such a name expresses that these new transitions are closely akin to the classical equilibrium phase transitions and to a more recent class of nonequilibrium phase transitions (see also the Introduction in 9). However, there is also another point of view 1312, arguing that the name noise-induced phase transitions can be used only for transitions in spatially extended systems
