    • From the detailed analysis of the precise absorption spectra (Ref. 8), the estimated energy gaps of the three exciton series are the same within the experimental error. This means that the observed exciton states are considered to be constructed from the same conduction and valence bands. Thus the explanation that the origins of (formula presented) and (formula presented) are due to heavy and light holes (Ref. 6) is thought to be excluded
