25. By employing the PIMS method, we can determine the Γ curve by comparing the corrected total ion counts from propyne photoionization to that from NO photoionization. This Γ curve agree with that derived by the double-ion method to within (1.04±0.15). This cross-check demonstrated the validity of the Q(m/e) correction.
