    • 2 in the FHFP equation given in Fernandez-Prini's excellent review (ref 36) is different from that in the original paper (ref 33). We have checked the derivation of the FHFP equation from the Fuoss-Hsia equation and believe that the expression given in Fernandez-Prini's original paper (ref 33) is correct. In practice, however, the difference between the two expressions does not affect the fitting results.

    • 2 in the FCJ equation given in refs 26 and 34 is different from that in ref 35, in which the FCJ equation first appeared. Here, we employ the expression given in refs 26 and 34 because the derivation of the expression was given in ref 34, though it contains some misprints. In practice, however, the difference between the two expressions does not affect the fitting results.
