15. Two photon energy scales are used in the plots as the two samples have slightly different QWR thicknesses.
16. The enhancement factors given are approximate, as they are deduced from comparing two samples grown at different times and thus possibly of different quality.
17. No such coupling between the QWR excited subbands and the cavity mode has been observed, owing to the low exciting power density and temperature used.
