    • As discussed in ref 15p, it is very difficult to separate the homogeneous and inhomogeneous contributions to the overall spectral density distribution of intermolecular and intramolecular degrees of freedom in a liquid from OHD-RIKES measurements. Thus, our use of homogeneous and inhomogeneous dephasing/broadening is strictly limited to the description of the librational contribution to the OKE-RIKES response in terms of the model response functions given in eqs 8 and 10.
