    • As boundary conditions for the solution of the force between the electrode and the sphere, we assume that the gold mesh is at constant potential, since this electrode is potentiostated, but that the silver particle surface charge remains constant during approach to the electrode. The force is then integrated using the Derjaguin approximation, valid since κα = 7-10.
