15. An error in σ/dmdt at 17.2 GeV/c occurred in this paper. The results for moduli and intensities at 17.2 GeV/c are inaccurate, and the conclusion that all four solutions for the S wave intensity at 17.2 GeV/c resonate at 750 MeV is not valid.
