    • This Ru metal is, most likely, located on regions of the support surface that possess, for reasons not known, an increased electrical conductivity. These regions are not charged and give rise to signals that are shifted to unrealistically low BE by the charging correction (similar minor components were found in the O(1s) and Ti(2p) spectra).
