    • Since modes of imaginary frequencies may not be included in the present analysis, coupling of the system to diffusive motion of the solvent molecules is out of consideration here. However, changes of the inherent structure due to the diffusion may be sampled adopting various independent configurations of the solution as initial conditions for the quench or providing them directly for the instantaneous normal mode analysis
