    • The absorption of the polycrystalline sample with the same composition reported by, shows quite a different spectral change. In that case, the spectral change is confined below 0.5 eV and the position of the lowest peak at 300 K is about 0.4 eV. Their result may be badly affected by stress since our polished (not-cleaved) sample showed similar spectral change and also by the strong in-plane vs out-of plane anisotropy
