    • A recent publication [, ] appearing after this work was completed (Ref. 1 above) touches on the issue of inhomogeneous broadening contributions to the measured scattering time. While these authors estimate that inhomogeneous broadening is a dominant contribution, our checks (see Appendix) indicate a negligible contribution in our samples. The difference is quite simply explained by differences in mobility (theirs were higher) and homogeneity (ours is presumably higher) which place our measurements squarely in the regime where impurity scattering can be studied without inhomogeneous broadening complications.
